As the Head of HR at BambooHR, Anita uses her long track record as a culture champion to drive employee experience as the company continues its growth trajectory.

Prior to joining BambooHR, Anita spent five years as Chief People Officer of Pluralsight, Inc, where she and her team helped Pluralsight be recognized for awards including Fortune's Best Companies to Work For (2020) and Best Workplaces in Technology (2020); Great Place to Work's Best Workplaces for Millennials (2020); and Utah’s fastest growing companies for the seventh consecutive year. Anita was also honored with the For All Leadership Award by Great Place to Work.

When she's not working on BambooHR's culture or advising others on talent management, Anita is focused on building a winning culture at home with her husband, daughters, and dog.
