Accord

Overview

Accord provides BambooHR customers a seamless ACA reporting experience. At the end of each reporting year an employer can easily send the data to Accord from their dashboard. Accord will take it from there and complete the required ACA reporting and notify you when completed with verification from the IRS.

If your BambooHR data has issues, an Accord representative will reach out to you for clarification.

Data Collection and Audit

Accord receives data from BambooHR to populate the systems with the appropriate fields needed for accurate ACA reporting. The Accord technology then performs all audits, and creates 1095-C forms for delivery to employees and the IRS.

ACA Filing

The Accord teams provides final reporting for approval by the BambooHR customer, then delivers all forms to employees and to the IRS, as well as to any applicable states.

ACA Reporting Pricing

For complete data hosted on BambooHR including benefit coverage with begin and end dates cost is a flat $5.50 per form. If data needs to be retrieved from outside systems, standard pricing starting at $2,000 per year will apply (contact Accord for BambooHR preferred pricing).

How it works

Step 1: Complete the onboarding wizard at https://accord-aca.com/signup/forms/bamboo

Step 2: Accord Account Manager will notify you to login to system to connect and make the API active.

Step 3: Accord will receive the data per API request. Accord will Audit the data and create the plan year Form Set for client review:
