Overview

EasyLlama is on a mission to help companies become better, safer, and more inclusive places to work through workplace training courses. Founded in 2019, in the midst of the #MeToo movement, sought to create a modern training platform that appeals to the newer generation of mobile-friendly eLearning content and one that is available to all type of industries, including the deskless workforce. EasyLlama has developed easy-to-use online courses designed to replace outdated compliance training you’ll find elsewhere. Available in more than 100 languages, expert-developed courses meet and exceed federal and state standards to help organizations stay in compliance while building a positive, employee-first business culture. EasyLlama offers more than 200 courses in topics that include Harassment and Discrimination Prevention; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI); Data Privacy and Cybersecurity; Workplace Safety; Soft Skills; Wellness; and Ethical Practices. Our library includes Llama Bite mini-courses, as well as Learning Journeys, made up of specific guided courses to provide employees with continuous education over a period of weeks or months.

Get your compliance training program up and running in minutes. Sync your employees with Bamboo HR, assign them trainings, and that's it! Email or text (fees apply) reminders will be sent automatically to employees until the due date.

We will notify employees when it's time to renew their training based on the compliance schedule or your preferences.

Customizations and personalization

Easily personalize courses by uploading your company logo and brand colors. Every course will mirror the look and feel of your organization.

Anonymous reporting and case management

Creating a safe and inclusive workplace starts with your workforce. Allow employees to anonymously submit feedback so that their concerns can be addressed head-on by company administrators.
