Subsidiary
Divisions in BambooHR are mapped to subsidiaries in NetSuite. The name of the division in BambooHR must match the name of the subsidiary. BambooHR will not automatically create subsidiaries in NetSuite. If a matching subsidiary cannot be found, no subsidiary will be set for the employee. Employees with an effective date in the future for Division will not be included in the sync. If you are not using subsidiaries (not a OneWorld account), no action is required.

If a manager is not specified within NetSuite, the integration will sync the employee but will not indicate the manager. This will be logged in the error log and provide more details.

Note that the syncing of data for this integration flows from BambooHR into NetSuite and so all updates to the syncing fields must be made in BambooHR. Changes made directly within NetSuite to the shared syncing fields will not automatically update in BambooHR. For this purpose, we suggest using BambooHR as your system of record.
