BambooHR enables you to create custom fields in a variety of different ways. These fields are often created to serve a purpose in other applications. We are able to dynamically map and cross reference these fields and share with third party applications.
This feature allows you to control inbound and outbound data.
For example: you may have employees who are contract or agency workers in BambooHR and you do not want to send them to Payroll. You simply create a filter that includes only the employee types you would like.
We also support the ability to feed many Payroll accounts from one BambooHR account. This allows organizations who have a centralized head office with multiple remote locations and independent payrolls, or a single organization that has organized their payroll into multiple accounts.
We are able to integrate any Transactions that BambooHR creates with your payroll system. In addition to other third-party payroll related transactions
Paid time and unpaid time automatically flow to our APIHUB once approved, these can be batched and sent to Payroll when you process your pay period, or they could go dynamically depending on your payroll product.
We can import and map time worked transactions from BamhooHR time clock or time sheet entries, or from any other third-party time system.
As part of our payroll integration functionality, we can further process your time & attendance data to apply jurisdictional overtime, include commissions, piece work , miscellaneous pay and generate public holiday pay including paid overtime..
