AI Summarized Feedback

We are pleased to announce the launch of the AI summarized feedback feature in our performance management tool. This feature is designed to streamline the feedback analysis process, reducing the time HR teams and managers spend on manual analysis.

The AI summarized feedback feature utilizes advanced AI technology to automatically summarize peer and upward feedback. It provides concise and actionable summaries, significantly reducing the manual work required for feedback analysis.

Once enabled, AI summarized feedback will be visible on the feedback page, providing quick insights into feedback. On the employee’s Performance tab, under “Summary of feedback about [Employee Name].” AI-generated summaries of feedback from the last six months will be displayed.
