Custom Gender Identity Option

With the Expanded Gender Options update in July, admins were given the option to allow their employees to specify the gender they identify most with, along with the option to specify their preferred pronouns. In an effort to be even more inclusive, we have added a custom field in the Gender Identity drop-down so that employees can type in the gender they identify most with if it is not one of the options already included in the drop-down. Just as before, the Gender Identity selected will only be visible on the employee record page.
