Edit Basic Life Coverage Elections without Clicking Cancel

This update adds more editing functionality to basic life insurance plans on the admin approval page. Previously, admins had to first click Cancel on the plan card in order to edit coverage amounts. With this update, admins can now immediately edit coverage amounts when the plan is selected, eliminating the need to click Cancel.
