New Admin Homepage for Benefits Admin

This update brings a more cohesive benefits management experience to administrators using BambooHR. With a focus on user experience, we have added a new benefits homepage to the main navigation bar in BambooHR. The new homepage will provide admins a central location to roll out Benefits Administration and manage plan year information, benefit elections, and benefit notifications.

Rolling out Benefits Administration

With this update, setting up Benefits Administration is more intuitive. The new homepage guides you through adding and reviewing benefit plans, verifying your carriers, and creating a plan year. Each step directs you to its corresponding settings page in Settings → Benefits, ensuring a smooth setup process.

Managing Benefits Administration

After setting up Benefits Administration, the newly designed homepage is also where you will be provided with a comprehensive view of the following information:

Additionally, you can create, edit, or delete a plan year and create an enrollment window directly from the new homepage. We have designed this feature in mind to make managing plan year information and benefit elections much more efficient and easier.
