Regular Hours Breakdown on Paystubs
We're excited to announce that BambooHR paystubs now provide a break-out of regular hours worked for your employees. This change will apply to both past and future paystubs.
Previously, paystubs only displayed Regular, Time Off, and Holiday hours under the "Regular" Pay Type. As long as regular hours are greater than zero for the pay period, both hourly and salary employees will see a break-out of hours that fall underneath regular hours in descending order based on number of hours worked.
If you are a salary employee, you can expect the changes to look something like this:

Here are the other key changes:
- Paystub PDF & Print: the PDF and Print versions of the Paystub will display an arrow on the indented rows to differentiate between different types of hours.
- The “Hours Worked” column has been renamed “Hours” .
- “Other Rate” has been renamed “Double Time” to align with industry standards.
