Integration

How It Works:

Customers can connect to BambooHR to automate managing how users are added/removed from Assembly. Upon connecting to BambooHR they can select 1) everyone who joins/leaves their BambooHR ; 2) specific teams; or 3) manually selecting members from the BambooHR member list. Whoever meets the criteria selected during integration will automatically be added/removed from Assembly whenever they are added/removed from BambooHR.

Connecting your BambooHR account to Assembly allows you to seamlessly add and remove employees as they join or leave your organization. We also use the profile information imported through BambooHR to automate important moments like birthdays, anniversaries, first day welcome messages.

Additionally, we use this information to automatically prompt employees to post in various sorts of channels, including 'About me' to introduce themselves when they join your company, '30/60/90d survey' to check in on their onboarding experience, various contests and engagement initiatives, and beyond.

How to Install
Integrating your BambooHR platform with Assembly is easy! Just go to your admin section and follow the few steps to connect.

1. From app.joinassembly.com, click the Go to admin from the profile menu in the top right corner.
2. Click Users in the left sidebar.
3. Click Manage.‍
4. Click See more integrations.‍
5. Select BambooHR.‍
6. Follow the instructions to finish the connection.
