McKendree specializes in diversity & inclusion and women’s leadership development. She has a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, with a research focus on conviction, developmental experiences, and self-perception in the workplace. She has delivered leadership training at over 200 companies and led learning and development at the fully remote company, InVision. She supports the development and direction of our facilitation team.
