"Tina Robinson is a coach, facilitator, and speaker who plays at the intersection of humans and work. After a corporate career in human resources, technology consulting, and sales operations, she launched WorkJoy in 2017 to help emerging organizations unleash the potential of their people. Tina currently is the in-house executive coach and head of leadership development at TechStyle, a global incubator of digitally-native fashion brands. Committed to preparing the next generation of workplace leaders, she teaches in the business schools of Loyola Marymount University and California State University Long Beach. Tina has shared workplace wisdom at ATD international expos, LinkedIn’s Talent Connect, CAHR conferences, DisruptHR Los Angeles, and via workshops and panels for General Assembly. She is an honors graduate of the University of Virginia and the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Tina lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two parrots."
