Lattice's State of People Strategy survey asked over 700 HR practitioners about their challenges, strategies, and priorities for this new year of big changes. In this presentation based on the State of People Strategy Report, we will go over some of our key findings — in particular around talent acquisition, culture building, hybrid work, and more. And we'll look at what the results told us about how the highest-performing HR teams found success during yet another intensely difficult year.
